Impacted by the difference of brands, hardware, and driver versions, the PC client may function improperly or have other issues on some computers.
It is recommended that your PC should have:
1. An Intel CPU (Intel i3 2.4 GHz or above)
2. Windows 10 or Windows 11 operating system
3. Wi-Fi 5 or above & Bluetooth 5.0 or above.
If these requirements are not met, you can still connect your phone and PC via Scan to Connect on the home page of the PC client or with a cable.
